DESCRIPTION

The USM-1500 series is similar to the USM-1300 and can achieve low temperatures down to 2K and high magnetic fields up to 8T. It can also expand upon the STM (Scanning Tunneling Microscopy) with AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy), making it one of the few advanced instruments capable of conducting AFM measurements at 2K and under strong magnetic fields.

This system allows for a wide temperature range operation from 2K to room temperature and can also perform long-term scanning tunneling spectroscopy measurements at a constant temperature. It is an indispensable tool in the field of fundamental scientific research!
