DESCRIPTION

The USM-1400-4P series is a multi-probe measurement system developed based on the USM-1400 platform. It allows real-time observation of the probe's position using scanning electron microscopy or optical microscopy, for surface microstructure measurements or other types of measurements.

According to customer requirements, each probe can independently perform SPM measurements. The system enables simultaneous temperature control of the tip and sample over a wide temperature range from 2.5K to room temperature. It can also maintain a constant temperature for long-term scanning tunneling spectroscopy measurements. It is an essential tool in the field of fundamental research!
