DESCRIPTION

The USM-1300 series is a specially customized experimental instrument designed for high-end scientific research users and is a representative work in the UNISOKU company's low-temperature SPM instrument series.

This system can reach the lowest temperature in commercial systems (400mK) and allows for the replacement of tips and samples in a low-temperature state. By combining with research objectives, users can choose the desired MBE and low-temperature devices. It is the most useful tool in the field of superconductivity and low-temperature physics!
