With the development of scientific research and advancements in research equipment, an increasing number of studies require a clean and interference-free environment. The existing SPM systems operating in atmospheric conditions no longer meet these requirements. However, high-vacuum SPM systems are generally expensive and less accessible. To address this trend, UNISOKU has launched the USM-1000 series, a high-performance and cost-effective ultra-high vacuum ambient-temperature optical SPM system.
