The EddyCus® TF Inline series is specially designed as a measurement system for roll-to-roll coating, conductive films, and metal films. It offers a contact-free method for real-time measurement of film thickness and sheet resistance, using single-point (multi-point) non-contact techniques. This series of instruments is also suitable for real-time measurement of the thickness of conductive materials such as TCO, metal foils, and metal sheets.
