DESCRIPTION
Application time:- A sensing strip that allows workers to observe with the naked eye when hazardous substances leak.
- It is applicable to all connected parts where leakage is suspected, such as reactors, valves, storage tanks, etc.
- Compared with electronic sensing, it has fewer space restrictions and is easier to observe the leakage location.
Main features:
Sensible substance -
- Acids, bases (HCl, HF, KOH, etc.)
- Organic solvents (alcohols, ketones, esters, etc.)
- Sulfides (H2S, mercaptans)
- Ammonia (NH3, amines)
Detection range-
- Acids, bases: > 0.1%
- Sulfides: > 1 %
- Ammonia gas: > 1 %
Reactivity-
Acid (red)/alkali (blue)), organic solvent (white → red), sulfide (green → black), ammonia (yellow → green)
Excellent weather resistance-
- Service life: ~ 1 year
- Excellent color fastness (little effect of water)
- Operating temperature: HST: 50°C, DT, GST, AT, FT, FLANG BAND: 80°C
